God was sooooo busy in my life last year..
That I cant wait to see what he has in store for me
this year..

 has been a big word for me last year.
With a move from my home town,
taking me out of my comfort zone.
And it looks like he isnt done yet..
I finally have to acknowlegde my allergy to
So now I am having to learn to "Change" my eating
and my cooking.

Im having to do a lot more home cooking from
more fresh foods,, less processed foods..

Gluten is found any any wheat, oats, barley.
and in so much more,,
even in lotions, make up and shampoo's
so I am having to learn a lot..

I made my first loaf of Gluten free bread the other day..
It was awesome.....

Then it was off to make
Blueberry Muffins.. Yummo !!!

And I have to say...
I feel better than ever !!

True in God Fashion..
he may take some things away from us,,,
but he always replaces it with something better ♥

Well Im excited to learn this new life of Gluten Free
so keep me in your prayers and I will keep you informed
on my progress..

So glad you are feeling better...thats a big change for you to take...but I guess it could have been worse...thank God it is something you can adapt to. Good luck with everything and happy new year too!

My boss had several food allergies. She can't have any added sugars or anything like that. She makes coconut bread, using coconut flour and honey. I haven't tried it yet but she says it's amazing...might be something to look into! Looking forward to getting to know you!

Karen, I'm so glad you are feeling much better! There is quite a bit to learn with G free diets, but so worth it. I don't have celiac or intolerance to gluten, but I also feel better when I avoid it.

I hope and pray for a great year ahead and I'm excited to see what the Lord has in store!

Hang in there. My daughter had a big issue with glutten. We went off of glutten as a family to support her and found that it helped me as well not to have the glutten. In a year with nutritional supplements, mainly fish oil, she tolerates wheat very well now. I don't do as well with it now as she does. I have some but limit it so that I probably eat about 10% of the amount I used to. I started making some Indian breads since there are several wheat free ones. Idles for examples are steamed breads that seem like wonder bread but are made from something else, and papads, I baked in the oven. We mainly moved away from pastas, pizza and sandwiches and moved toward salads, and rices.

It seems like so many people are having that happen to them, hope I don't, I love my wheat, oats etc. I liked your post below too, so important. :D
