My Family could live on this recipe....

Hash brown Casserole...

I got this recipe from my daughter Amanda, and now has
quickly become a house hold favorite, next to my famous
potato salad.. ( Famous to my family, not know to the rest
of the world.) lol...
This hash brown casserole taste just like Cracker Barrels
and Super, Super easy..

Ingredients:
1 bad of frozen hash browns,
1 cup sour cream
2 cans of Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 onion diced
Salt and pepper
and Chedder Cheese
Mix all ingredients (EXCEPT for the cheese)
together in a very large bowl, salt and pepper well,
nothing worse than a season less potato, and place in baking
dish.. This recipe can make 2 small dishes (freeze one for later)
or in my case.. I make one medium size serving and one
small one to freeze for just an added little side when i need
something else to go with a dinner..

Top with cheese, and bake at 350* for 40 to 45 minutes.

Tonights dinner was BLT's with Hash brown Casserole.
Easy and very yummy..

You will want to put this recipe in your file, to always
have at hand..Surely a keeper... Enjoy....

Hi Karen, my name is Sue, I found you via Sugar pie farmhouse, it is so nice to meet you. I have so enjoyed my first visit here. This seems like a real delicious recipe, as I love hash brown casserole, Which I usually eat at Cracker Barrel, lol

I also enjoyed your tips on your previous post.
