Two things we need to remember.

In this life..

***We have to know
WHO and WHAT we believe in !!

Satan is out there ! And he is looking for whom he can
devour . And we cant let the ways of the world or the
people in it, confuse you and make you waver from
what your soul knows to be true..

That you are a precious child of God,,
the Heir to the Kingdom of God.

We also need to know that,

***Circumstances my shake us,
but they do not shake God..

I read a story about a young girl who got caught in
the undercurrent of the ocean.. before she knew it
she was sucked under, and was being tossed and turned
in every wave that came..She could barely get her head
above the water to catch a breath, and thought she was
going to die there in the ocean, when the current finally set her free,
she found herself standing in 3 ft of water.
That is what Satan does to us.. He confuses us by
all the circumstances he brings on us at once and we
get so disoriented that we feel like we cant catch
our breath..

But always remember , that when you get that
moment to put your head above water for even that
split second,, call out to your Father..
and he will show you that you are in 3 ft of water, and that
you can stand firm IN HIS NAME !

Hi Karen,
Thanks for that reminder. I think I my dad and I are feeling the strain of the job situation and we're trying really hard to keep our eyes on Him. Thanks for the wonderful words :) :) :) Love and hugs from Oregon, Heather :)

Dear Karen ~ What a lovely post! God is TRULY WONDERFUL and NEVER gives us more than we can bear WITH HIM! What a great story to illustrate the confusion the Devil can throw our way ~ a good reminder that we must keep our eyes focused on the TRUTH of God's WORD!

Have a wonderful day!
